Luxury motor yacht Grace E by Perini Navi

Earlier this year Perini Navi Group has unveiled the third member of the Picchiotti Vitruvius series, a massive 73-meter superyacht called Grace E.

The ship’s interiors, designed by Remi Tassier, are welcoming and elegant. In fact, Tassier’s work was awarded the Baccarat trophy for the Best Interior Design at the 2014 Monaco Yacht Show – an unmistakable sign of excellence.

Accommodations include spaces for up to 12 guests in the 7 lavish staterooms. There are two VIP cabins located on the main deck, while two double and a couple of twin cabins can be found on the lower deck, all of them en suite. In addition to this, the superyacht can also accommodate up to 20 crew members. In addition to this, there are plenty of entertainment facilities, such as a Kaleidoscope Movie Library and even a concierge desk, so those on board can truly feel as if they were staying at a luxury hotel.

Grace E’s exterior areas were designed by Philippe Briand and stretch over five decks, one of which is fully devoted to wellness activities and has, among other features, a gym and a massage room with steam sauna.

Currently available for charter, during the winter you’ll find Grace E in the Caribbean, while during the warm season the superyacht spends its time traveling the Mediterranean.

Alfa Nero superyacht by Oceanco

Launched in 2007 by renowned Dutch shipyard Oceanco, Alfa Nero is an outstanding 82 metres superyacht.

With exteriors designed by Nuvolari & Lenard and interiors designed by the talented Alberto Pinto, the superyacht Alfa Nero has won numerous design awards for its innovative approach to superyacht living and set new standards in the luxury charter yachts‘ market.

Luxurious atmosphere

With a cruising speed of 15 knots, a maximum speed of 20 knots and a range of 6 000 nm from its 100 litre fuel tanks, Alfa Nero is the perfect combination of performance and luxury.
Driven by a mission to make the most of its owner’s home cruising grounds, the Mediterranean Sea, Alfa Nero is a yachtdesigned by people who live the Mediterranean lifestyle. Alfa Nerocan accommodate 12 guests in six lavish cabins including an indulgent master stateroom, two double VIP suites, one double guest cabin and two twin guest cabins.
With 1,250-square metres of living space across its 82 metres hull, Alfa Nero provides plenty of space for a bridge deck gym, three separate dining areas, a dance room, pantries on the three guest decks, a separate crew lounge, and a lift servicing and connecting all decks.
To style the yacht‘s interior, the owner selected the renowned Italian designer Alberto Pinto to create a luxurious atmosphere, while maintaining a nautical theme. Each guest has a unique visual experience in his or her stateroom. To that end, each cabin has a distinctive air achieved through the use of colored leathers and other soft goods.
Pinto delivered a contemporary tone replete with focused nuances that are inviting and relaxing without being overpowering while an undersea theme is used on various pieces throughout the yacht, particularly evident in details such as side tables resembling staghorn coral and seashell images lining the guest hallway.

Outdoor lifestyle

Designed especially to cruise the Mediterranean, Alfa Nero boasts a lot of open deck space. Externally, the yacht’s most obvious visual departure from conventional yacht design is the open aft deck and minimal overhangs.
One of the many uncommon features of this superyacht is the Nuvolari-designed aft deck ‘beach club’ which features an immense glass-ended pool whose floor can be partially or fully raised, transforming it into a dance floor or helipad on demand.
Indeed, Alfa Nero has the capability to land, but not service, a nine passenger helicopter on the main deck. Using the bottom of the 6-meter-by-3.75-meter current pool for helicopter service is a tribute to Oceanco’s engineering ability. When the bottom rises up to become flush with the deck, a rim seal prevents the 8,321 gallons of water from any immediate contamination by the debris associated with aircraft operations.
Outdoor living is undoubtedly a significant feature of Alfa Nero‘s design as it offers an impressive amount of space for leisure and entertainment.
The Dutch shipbuilder Oceanco and Italian designer Dan Lenard won immense admiration for the Alfa Nero which garnered awards in Europe, the US and even Asia for its styling. Some of its awards include: the “Best Full Displacement Motoryachts over 75m” award with ShowBoats International, the “Most Innovative Exterior Yacht Design of the Year” award with Asia Pacific Boating, the Yachts International Magazine Award for “Most Innovative Yacht, 2007”, two awards with Boat International for “Best Exterior Design” and “Best Interior Styling”.
